Within the ever changing world of beer, a new product has taken the industry by storm. Derived from Marlborough Sauvignon grape skins, which are peeled, dried and powdered; Phantasm is utilized to elevate the aromatic and palatial experience of drinking a hazy IPA.

This allocated product allows brewers to capture flavors of white grape without the addition of thiolized yeast and has truly formulated some of the juiciest and most unique India Pale’s on the market.

So, when Local Craft Beer was presented the opportunity to work with this heralded product, they set out to continue their mission of providing some of the industries most creative joose bombs!

Hopped with Galaxy and Huell Melon, Dry Hop The Hazy, brewed in conjunction with Wort Wrangler, will bring you on a journey with every sip. Bursting with white grape, peach, and guava on the nose, and providing waves of honeydew melon and strawberry as you gulp through; this brew is remarkably refreshing and incredibly balanced!
