By now we’ve all at least seen an episode of Diner’s, Drive In’s and Dives; hosted by Food Network legend, Guy Fieri. The show takes us on a journey through the main streets and back roads of our beautiful country boasting some of the best food money can buy! The infamous tagline, “Welcome to Flavortown!” has become a phrase used throughout the nation when describing the high caliber food you, or your favorite restaurant’s chef has prepared.

Along those lines, American Lager has often been seen as one of the more commercially brewed stylings within the beer world. Combining hops, barley, water and rice like the domestic giants to create a simplistic and flavor lacking beverage brewed for the masses just isn’t as popular as it once was.

Enter Tyson and the crew out at Local Craft Beer in Tehachapi, CA; the kings of the dry hop! Welcome to Lagertown takes all those simplistic aforementioned and adds a round of dry hopping to the mix in order to ramp up flavor all the while maintaining the styles typical crushability.

This beer is an ode to one of the pillars of American brewing, yet unique to itself. Smooth, crisp, and bready like the typical lager with an added punch of Hallertau Blanc via dry hopping this beer is truly top notch and perfect for any occasion!🍻
